DELIVERY

  1. Do you ship internationally?
    No, we only ship to within the United States. All packages are shipped via USPS.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

  1. Can I only purchase products through the website?
    At this time, Mood Editing Cosmetics is only available on https://www.moodediting-cosmetics.com
  2. How much is shipping?
    Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
    $7 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA, orders above $70 are eligible for free shipping.
  3. How long before I can receive my order?
    The processing time for orders is 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

Mood Editing Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

  1. What carrier do you use?
    Mood Editing Cosmetics ships within the United States via USPS for all domestic packages.

ORDERS

  1. Can I change my order?
    Once the order is placed, we are not able to change the order. All sales are final.
  2. Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
  3. Can I return my order?
    We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Mood Editing Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

    In the unlikely event that a product arrived damage, the customer must contact customer service via service@moodediting-cosmetics.com within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
  4. Can I exchange my product?
    We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.
  5. How can I check the status of my order?
    Please log in to your account to check the status of your order.  If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order. Or you can check your order status at: https://www.moodediting-cosmetics.com/account
  6. How can I view my order status without an account?

You must be logged into an account when placing your order to be able to view the status of your order. Not to worry, though! All order updates, including confirmation and shipping emails, will be sent to the email address used to place to the order.

  1. Why was I charged twice?
    You will only be charged for what you purchased, if you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days and it should fall off and the issue should be rectified automatically.  However if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please send us an email to service@moodediting-cosmetics.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.
  2. I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
    Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at service@moodediting-cosmetics.com with your inquiry.
  3. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept online payments through Paypal, Visa, Credit card and so on.
  4. My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
    Please contact us at service@moodediting-cosmetics.com within 48 hours after receive the product.  Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage product/s.
  5. I received incorrect item/s what should I do?
    Please contact service@moodediting-cosmetics.com within 48 hours after receive the product that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
  6. I refused my delivery, where is my refund?
    Refused delivery will incur a $15 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded.  Please allow up to 4-7 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return. 
  7. My package is stuck and tracking shows no movement, what do I do?
    For all orders, package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped.  Please send an email to: service@moodediting-cosmetics.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information. 
  8. I put the wrong address on my order, please help!
    Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Mood Editing Cosmetics will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. All sales are final.

  1. How do I create an account?

  2. How do I subscribe or cancel my email subscription?
    You can easily subscribe to emails by visiting https://www.moodediting-cosmetics.com located at the footer. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe by locating the "Unsubscribe" link within the email subscription.
  3. I forgot my password, what do I do?
    To reset your password, go to https://www.moodediting-cosmetics.com and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on this page: https://www.moodediting-cosmetics.com

Everyone loves free stuff, and we love offering promotions and freebie goodies from time to time! Because they’re free, these items are available in extremely limited quantities and are not eligible for replacement or credit of any kind.

  1. How do I get my promo code?

Time to time coupon code will be emailed to you! Please check your spam folder if you do not find it in your inbox. Your coupon will expire 7 days from the day it is issued, and cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

  1. Why Isn’t My Promo Code Working?

We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping. They typically cannot be used during promotions as well, so double check the fine print when a promotion is live to be sure.

  1. Can I combine coupon codes on my order?

Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

Always make sure to review your order summary prior to completing checkout to make sure you are snagging the best deal for your products. 

  1. Do you offer a rewards/loyalty program?

Unfortunately, we do not have a rewards or loyalty program at this time.

 

PRODUCT/INGREDIENT

  1. Where are your products manufactured?
    We hand picked the color and formulas from Italy, and our products are produce in PRC, with globally sourced ingredients.
  2. Is Mood Editing Cosmetics Cruelty-Free?
    We are 100% cruelty free. Mood Editing Cosmetics is very passionate about animals and does not condone animal testing in any way. We are extremely proud to be cruelty free! 
  3. I might be allergic to your products! What can I do

We’re so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we have a strict no return, refund or exchange policy. If you have allergies or are sensitive to some cosmetic ingredients, we recommend only purchasing one item at a time to test for any type of reaction before purchasing multiple items. Full ingredient listings are available for each of our products as well, which we recommend reviewing with your general practitioner.

 

  1. What temperature do these products need to be stored at?
    We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
